ABOUT THE FILM
A group of Amazon workers in Staten Island embarks on a historic campaign to unionize their warehouse, defying the odds and reshaping the labor movement. UNION chronicles the rise of the Amazon Labor Union (ALU), led by the charismatic and often underestimated Chris Smalls. What begins as a longshot effort by a handful of determined workers transforms into a powerful fight for dignity, power, and change — all without the support of major unions or political figures.
Genre: Documentary
Directors: Brett Story & Stephen Maing
Language: English
What People Are Saying:
“UNION shows the world what happens when workers lead with dignity — and refuse to back down.”
